I have been practicing Internal Kung Fu for about 12 years. I try to limit the videos on this page to those that have direct links to the lineage of my personal kung fu. Yang taiji from the Yang Sau and Tung Yi Jie lineages, Tang Shao Tao Xingyi Quan and a mixed style of Ba Gua Zhang that is heavily influenced by the Yi Zong branch of Zhang Jun Feng. Much of my Qigong come directly from Wudang. I practice in Boston Chinatown.

Fu Zhong Wen was a disciple of Yang Cheng Fu himself. Some of what is demonstrated in this clip is the "secret transmission" of what makes Taiji an actual fighting style and not just an empty routine. Watch the signle movement training and fa jin exercises at the end.
