Jan 9, 2009 - First, I have converted the video into image sequences. Then I selected the images where the eyes should be changed. Using ULead photoexpress, I used the clone tool to clone an image of a sharingan to my eyes. Its about 30 frames so you need a lot of patience. After editing the images, I imported it to Windows Movie Maker then added it to the timeline.
