Jan 9, 2009 - she sings live in her performances especially her recent tour, but sometimes Disney take the video and either edit it, or place the track over the video to make it LOOK LIKE she lip sings, that's what I think, but in some concerts, she sings live, but they play her track along while she sings, Miley doesn't lip sing! but Disney makes it sound like she does most of the time!She even forgot words sometimes and it sounded different, or there wasn't singing at all, so no, miley doesn't lip sing =)
