Jan 7, 2009 - I've been serching for a way to downgrade from ultimate to starter,so if anyone finds a way please tell me. I prefer Xp, its much more pratic and colorfull but you can't fight with progess, eventually everyone will have to use Vista. Its like Ps2 and Ps3.

Jan 7, 2009 - People want to downgrade, cuz there are programs that Vista can't run, and people, even school boards prefer Windows XP, I mean you can transform XP into Vista, but other than that, you can't run that much programs on Vista.

Jan 7, 2009 - Vista is the same as XP if you know how to use a computer, but yes, one thing that does put XP over VISTA is that it supports a lot more programs than VISTA. And one other thing I learned is that VISTA stops most P2P connections SO, programs like LimeWire, Bearshare, etc, might have some problems in functioning as good as they do on XP. you might be able o fix these problems by right clicking on the icon of the program, select properties, select Compatibility and set it to run in XP SP2 :)
